Name: ( Any name you want is ok. It is for the SSL Cert to make it easy to remember)

Organization: ( Your name or company name must be a
legal us company they might ask for ID from the company)

Organizational unit: ( you can put tech dept or any other department you wish)

common name: (your domain name with or without www
your preference most people use it with the www included)
